Soft, thin flatbread made from finely ground flour and ready in no time!
Mix flour, baking powder and salt, add shortening, mix.
Add water and milk mixture and knead for 5 minutes until dough is soft and smooth.
Roll dough and set aside in a covered Tupperware for 30 minutes.
Flatten rolls and cook on comal or hot iron plate on medium heat on each side.
Cut and serve with butter, cheese, beans, bacon or sausage.
