Black & White Fruit Cakes

For Black Cake, add Prunes, Black Raisins, Black coloring, Stout & Grape Wine


Mixed Fruits


Off On

  1. Heat Oven to 350 degrees

  2. Mix sugar and butter until creamy.

  3. Add eggs.

  4. Add flour, baking powder, Cinnamon and Nutmeg.

  5. Add Evaporated Milk and 7Up.

  6. Add lemon, pineapple essences, rosewater and rum.

  7. Add mixed fruits, golden raisins, dates cherries, pineapple chunks.

  8. Add nuts.

  9. Grease and Flour baking pans.

  10. Bake small pans approximately 45 mins and larger pans 1 hour or more, check using a toothpick inserted into center of cake, if it comes out clean, Cake is done ✔️.

  11. Glaze w Syrup and Rum mixture using small brush.

  12. Enjoy.
